Hi, I’m Beth!
My husband and I live in Rock County, Wisconsin, right across the border from Green County. Along with helping people achieve their goals and teaching people about nutrition and better choices, I also enjoy gardening, reading, canoeing, hiking, singing, agate hunting, bird-watching, nature photography and being around friends and family. My husband and I live on a 10 acres where we started our own orchard and love gardening and growing our own produce.
I received nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.
I also have training in Nutrition Response Testing® from Ulan Nutritional Services with Dr. Freddie Ulan. I graduated from the Professional Level Courses in December 2018. Now, I am a certified Nutrition Response Testing® Practitioner and am able, through this technique, to help people bring their bodies back into health, naturally and address root causes of symptoms for my patients. Part of this also includes reconnecting people with their bodies and helping them understand the messages that our bodies are always trying to send us.
